Daily Responsibilities

Prepare interactive activities, discussions, and projects to enhance student understanding and participation. Monitor students’ progress in Social Science subjects and provide timely feedback through assessments and quizzes. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and curiosity about global and regional developments.

Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Collaborate with the Social Science department to develop and refine teaching resources, including worksheets, maps, and multimedia presentations. Attend regular faculty meetings and workshops to stay updated on pedagogical trends and curriculum updates in Social Science. Support students in extracurricular events such as debates, model rallies, and cultural programs related to historical and civic awareness. Act as a mentor to students, guiding them in research projects and presentations on Social Science topics.

Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in termly evaluations to assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Contribute to school events like guest lectures, guest speaker sessions, and field trips to historical sites in Jaipur and nearby regions. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding student attendance, discipline, and academic integrity in Social Science subjects.

Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Social Science or a related field. Possess a TET/CTET certificate as preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of two years of teaching experience in Social Science at the TGT level or equivalent. Strong communication skills, adaptability to diverse student backgrounds, and a commitment to fostering ethical and informed citizenship are essential.
