Assess students through regular class tests, map exercises and project submissions; maintain simple record files.
Organize monthly quizzes and debates on topics like water conservation in desert districts or Rajasthan’s folk arts.
Coordinate with subject colleagues to plan inter-house competitions such as “My Village, My Heritage” presentations.
Participate in PTMs and provide feedback on student progress to parents in Hindi or English.
Contribute to school events like Independence Day rallies or cleanliness drives with Social Science themes.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Social Science or History with at least 50% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized institution.
Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET.
Minimum four years of teaching experience in Social Science at the middle school level.
