What You Will Do
As a TGT English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of students with varying learning abilities
- Providing differentiated instruction to support students with learning difficulties
- Conducting regular assessments to monitor student progress and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve student performance in English
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver interdisciplinary projects
- Conducting periodic assessments and providing feedback to students
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation
- Developing and using practical activities to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Providing additional support to students who require extra help

Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in English or a related field
- A valid B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree
- CTET or TET certification is not mandatory for this role
