Shree Aainath English Academy in Balesar, Jodhpur Urban seeks a Post Graduate Trained Hindi Teacher for Classes 9 to 12. The role demands strong subject knowledge, lesson planning for board exam readiness, and student mentoring beyond the classroom. Day-to-Day Duties
Design and deliver daily Hindi lessons aligned with NCERT and state board syllabus.
Create worksheets, sample papers, and practice sets for Class 10 and 12 Hindi board exams.
Conduct weekly tests and provide detailed feedback to students.
Organize Hindi literary events, debates, and poetry recitation competitions.
Prepare students for RPS Olympiad, CBSE Expression Series, and other Hindi competitions.
Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records as per school policy.
Collaborate with subject heads for curriculum mapping and resource sharing.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to Hindi departmental planning.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Post graduation in Hindi with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree recognized by NCTE.
Two years of full-time Hindi teaching experience in a CBSE or state board school.
Good to Have
CTET or Rajasthan TET qualified.
Experience with digital tools like Google Classroom, Kahoot, or Quizizz for Hindi teaching.
Familiarity with Hindi literature, grammar, and pedagogy for senior secondary level.
