Role Summary
As a highly experienced and skilled TGT English Teacher, you will be an integral part of Shree Aainath English Academy's academic leadership team in Balesar, Jodhpur Urban, Rajasthan. Reporting to the Vice Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the English department, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the school's academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging English curricula for students across different age groups
- Lead a team of English teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons
- Collaborate with department heads to align English curriculum with school's academic objectives
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior English teachers
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and achievements
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in the English department
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate English with other subjects
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. and a post-graduate degree in English or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching English at the secondary school level
- Preference will be given to candidates with UGC-NET or SET qualifications
- Strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies and curriculum design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team of teachers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
