Key Responsibilities (Mentoring and training)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

- Teaching Physical Education to students from grades 6 to 12
- Developing and implementing curriculum for Physical Education
- Mentoring and training junior staff members in Physical Education
- Assisting in the development of school sports teams and programs
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives

Performance Expectations (Senior-level expectations)
The successful candidate is expected to meet the following performance expectations:

- Demonstrate expertise in teaching Physical Education to students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and aligns with school goals
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills

- Meet or exceed student performance targets and school expectations
