Attend departmental meetings and participate in curriculum review sessions to refine teaching strategies. Guide students in research projects and presentations to develop analytical skills. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Hold a postgraduate degree in History or a related discipline with a focus on Indian history. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching roles in schools. Experience in teaching History at the senior secondary level is highly valued. Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and educational assessment frameworks is beneficial.
Experience
A minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain complex historical concepts clearly and engagingly. Experience in designing assessments and managing diverse student learning needs is a plus.
