Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Political Science lessons that stimulate critical thinking and civic awareness among students. Conduct interactive classroom discussions, debates, and role‑plays to reinforce concepts of governance, public policy, and international relations. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth. Organize extracurricular activities such as Model United Nations and quiz competitions to enhance learning outside the classroom. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and lesson plans in line with school policies.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Ability to use educational technology tools to support lesson delivery. Strong command of Hindi and English to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven track record of fostering a positive learning environment and improving student outcomes in Political Science. Familiarity with contemporary political issues and the ability to integrate current events into lessons.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.50,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary includes performance‑based incentives and professional development support.
