Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver dance lessons to students in classes from Nursery to Class 12
- Develop and implement the school's dance curriculum, aligning with the CBSE guidelines
- Coach students for board exams and assessments, ensuring high-quality performance
- Conduct regular assessments and provide individualized feedback to students
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate dance with other subjects, such as music and art
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive dance environment for students
- Participate in school events, such as cultural festivals and talent shows
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making processes
- Stay updated with the latest dance trends and techniques to enhance teaching
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Dance or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of three years of teaching experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have cleared TET or CTET.
