As a TGT Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Biology to students from 6th to 10th standard. Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Biology to students from 6th to 10th standard
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate complex concepts
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and materials
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is mandatory for teaching positions, while a TET or CTET certification is preferred. You should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Biology or a related subject.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.22,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, in addition to a range of benefits, including:
