Assessment and Planning Duties
Design formative assessments, quizzes, and periodic tests aligned with the state syllabus. Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly. Participate in curriculum review meetings to refine teaching materials and align them with educational standards.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
