Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) Position for Environmental Studies at Dunes Academy Sr. Sec. School in Phalodi
Dunes Academy Sr. Sec. School invites applications for the role of Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) to teach Environmental Studies (EVS) in Phalodi, Rajasthan. This position focuses on classroom instruction, curriculum development, and student engagement in hands-on environmental learning. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s environmental education goals.
Core duties include planning and conducting EVS classes for students, ensuring age-appropriate and interactive teaching methods. You will also assist in organizing field trips, nature-based activities, and sustainability projects to enhance learning. Collaborating with other teachers to integrate EVS concepts across subjects is essential for holistic student development.
Secondary responsibilities include maintaining classroom resources, preparing teaching aids like models, posters, and experiments, and keeping updated with environmental education trends. You will also participate in school events promoting environmental awareness, such as tree planting drives or waste management campaigns.
To qualify, a graduate degree is required along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or related subjects, is mandatory. While TET/CTET is not mandatory for this role, prior teaching experience in environmental education will be highly beneficial.
The salary for this full-time position is Rs.13,000 to Rs.20,000 per month. The role is based in Phalodi, Rajasthan, and applications are welcome for this opportunity.
