We are looking for a dedicated Non-Teaching Staff (NTT) to teach Mathematics at Dunes Academy Sr. Sec. School in Phalodi. Subject Expertise
Strong command over Mathematics from Class 9 to 12 is essential. Proficiency in teaching algebraic concepts, calculus, trigonometry, and problem-solving techniques is required. Experience in using interactive teaching methods and visual aids will be highly beneficial.
Teaching Approach
The teacher will prepare lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels. Emphasis will be on practical applications of mathematics, such as real-world problem-solving, to enhance student interest. Collaboration with the school’s academic team to adapt teaching strategies for better outcomes is expected.
Classroom Management
Effective classroom management skills are crucial. The teacher must maintain a structured environment while encouraging participation. Handling student queries promptly and addressing behavioral issues with patience and consistency is part of the role.
Curriculum Alignment
Ensuring alignment with the Rajasthan State Board syllabus is mandatory. Regular updates on new teaching methodologies and curriculum changes will be required. The teacher will participate in school-wide assessments and feedback sessions to improve instructional delivery.
Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field is mandatory. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is preferred. A TET/CTET certificate is not mandatory but will be an advantage.
Experience
At least two years of teaching experience in Mathematics, preferably at the secondary level, is required. Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds is a plus. Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational software is beneficial.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.13,000 to Rs.20,000, depending on qualifications and performance. The role is a full-time position with benefits including a conducive work environment and opportunities for professional growth within the institution.
