About This Role
Daffodils World School, a progressive educational institution in Sikar, Rajasthan, seeks an experienced and skilled ACCOUNTANT to join its administration team.
Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for Daffodils World School, including accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
2. To prepare and present financial reports to the school management, highlighting key financial trends and insights.
3. To ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, and to manage tax payments on behalf of the school.
4. To oversee the procurement and inventory management process, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with school policies and procedures.
5. To manage the school's bank accounts, including maintaining relationships with banks and ensuring timely payments.
6. To assist in the preparation of the school's annual budget, and to provide financial guidance and support to school administrators.
7. To maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters, and to ensure that all financial transactions are secure and transparent.
8. To participate in the ACCOUNTANT Recruitment in Rajasthan for professional development and networking with other educational institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
A graduate degree in Commerce or a related field is essential for this role. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance is also required. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and accounting software, is a must.
Preferred Skills
Experience with financial software, such as Tally or QuickBooks, is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential.
Perks and Pay
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
