ACCOUNTANT Job in Sikar, Rajasthan | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
Delhi Public World International School, a renowned institution in Sikar, Rajasthan, is seeking a highly skilled ACCOUNTANT to join our administrative team. As a key member of our non-teaching staff, the ACCOUNTANT will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of the school.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Prepare and submit financial reports to the school management on a regular basis.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
4. Manage the school's cash flow, including budgeting and forecasting.
5. Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
6. Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement financial policies.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations.
8. Provide financial guidance and support to the school management.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in Commerce or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in computer applications, including accounting software, is essential. Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is a plus.
Skills We Value
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a must.
