Clc International School in Sikar, Rajasthan seeks an experienced Basketball Coach to lead the school's basketball program. Day-to-Day Duties

- Supervise basketball practices and tournaments, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
- Coordinate with physical education teachers to develop a comprehensive sports program.
- Recruit and manage a team of basketball coaches and volunteers.
- Develop and implement a basketball curriculum that aligns with the school's physical education program.
- Maintain a clean and organized basketball facility, including equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the physical education department to plan and execute school-wide sports events.
- Develop and implement a plan to promote basketball at the school and in the local community.
- Work with the school administration to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the basketball program, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate degree in a related field (e.g. sports management, physical education).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching or managing a basketball program.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
