- Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and industry partners.
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and seminars.
- Analyze and interpret career data to inform school policies and decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of student and staff career development activities.
- Develop and manage budgets for career development programs.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in career counseling or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred but not required. You should have excellent communication, leadership, and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
