* Collaborate with school administrators to integrate chess into the curriculum and promote its benefits.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their chess skills.
* Manage and maintain chess equipment, materials, and resources.
* Develop and implement a chess-related program to promote the development of problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Assist in promoting chess as a sport and encourage students to participate in chess-related activities.
* Participate in school events and functions to promote the chess program.
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate degree in any field.
* At least 2 years of experience in coaching or teaching chess, or a related field.
* Good understanding of chess rules, strategies, and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
