About This Role
Daffodils World School, a leading educational institution in Sikar, Rajasthan, is seeking an accomplished Dance Teacher to lead our School Dance Program. As a Dance Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement engaging dance programs for students of all ages
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Lead and motivate students to participate in school dance events and competitions
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events and programs
- Monitor and assess dance programs to ensure quality and excellence
- Develop and maintain dance curriculum and resources
- Supervise and guide students during dance rehearsals and performances
- Manage and maintain dance equipment and facilities
- Plan and execute dance camps and workshops for students during school vacations
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a graduate degree in Dance or a related field. A degree in B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred. You should have at least 3 years of experience in dance teaching or leadership roles.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a Dance Teacher with excellent leadership, management, and communication skills. You should be able to motivate and inspire students, teachers, and parents alike.
Perks and Pay
Daffodils World School offers a competitive salary of Rs.13,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
