The Hostel Warden plays a key role in maintaining a safe and disciplined hostel environment at Clc International School. Responsibilities include supervising students, coordinating with parents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a residential facility effectively.
Day-to-Day Duties
Oversee daily hostel activities and ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
Monitor student attendance during study hours and night checks.
Handle student grievances and report any issues to the school administration.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth functioning.
Organize weekend and holiday activities for students staying in the hostel.
Maintain records of visitors, student movements, and incidents.
Ensure proper distribution of meals and snacks as per the schedule.
Liaise with parents regarding their ward’s progress and hostel matters.
Required Qualifications
Must have a graduate degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel management or residential care.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in school hostels.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Hindi and English are essential.
