We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven NTT Art and Craft Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Art and Craft lessons to students in our school.
KPIs and Outcomes:
- Deliver Art and Craft lessons that meet and exceed the curriculum standards.
- Achieve a high level of student engagement and participation in Art and Craft activities.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity and self-expression.
Performance Expectations (Outcome Expectations):
- Achieve a minimum of 90% student satisfaction rating in Art and Craft lessons.
- Maintain a minimum of 85% student progress rate in Art and Craft activities.
- Develop and implement at least 2 new Art and Craft projects per quarter.
- Participate in at least 2 professional development workshops or training sessions per year.
