Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate NTT English Teacher to join our esteemed educational institution located in a Tier 3 city. The candidate will be responsible for imparting quality English language education to young learners in the Nursery and Lower Kindergarten (LKG) segments. The role demands a nurturing approach, fostering a love for the English language while ensuring foundational literacy and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Teach English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to Nursery and LKG students using age-appropriate and engaging methodologies.
Develop and implement a structured curriculum aligned with early childhood learning objectives.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Assess and evaluate student progress through continuous observation and periodic assessments.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate English language learning across various subjects and activities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and developmental milestones.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to communicate student progress and address any concerns.
Engage in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
Teaching Methodology
Play-based Learning: Utilize games, songs, rhymes, and interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and effective.
Phonics-based Approach: Introduce basic phonics to build foundational reading and writing skills.
Storytelling: Incorporate age-appropriate stories to enhance listening, comprehension, and vocabulary.
Activity-based Learning: Encourage hands-on activities such as drawing, craft, and role-play to reinforce language skills.
Multisensory Techniques: Use visual, auditory, and kinesthetic methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education.
Prior experience in teaching English to Nursery and LKG students will be an added advantage.
No requirement for TET certification.
