Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct Hindi lessons in line with the state syllabus for primary and middle sections.
2. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and assessments to enhance student engagement.
3. Evaluate student performance through periodic tests and provide constructive feedback.
4. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.
6. Assist in co‑curricular Hindi activities such as debates, poetry recitals and cultural programs.
7. Keep records of attendance, grades and lesson plans as per school policy.
8. Collaborate with senior staff for curriculum updates and school NTT Hindi Opening initiatives.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi and have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. Possession of TET/CTET is preferred and will be considered an advantage. Strong command of Hindi language, good communication skills and familiarity with the Rajasthan education board are essential.
Salary and location
The position offers a salary of Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month and is based at Vvm School, Sikar, Rajasthan.
