4. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.

7. Contribute to the development of a school-wide curriculum for Accountancy.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Post Graduate degree in Commerce (M.Com or equivalent) with specialization in Accountancy.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree for teaching positions.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance policy and opportunities for professional growth and development.
