Your Students
You will be responsible for teaching Accountancy to students from Classes XI to XII, helping them develop a strong foundation in financial concepts, accounting principles, and economic theories. Your passion for teaching and your ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging will make a significant difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities
As a PGT Accountancy Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering lessons on Accountancy, ensuring that students understand and apply financial concepts in real-life scenarios.
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Developing and implementing engaging teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
- Providing individual support to students who require additional help or guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attainment.
- Participating in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and goals.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Accountancy and incorporating them into your teaching practice.
- Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related field from a recognized university.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
* TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
