About This Role
Daffodils World School, a renowned educational institution in Sikar, Rajasthan, seeks a Special Educator to join our administration team. The Special Educator role plays a vital part in ensuring the overall growth and development of students with special needs. This position requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our special education initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and coordinate special education programs for students with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to cater to students' special requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a seamless delivery of special education services.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor students' progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Liaise with parents and guardians to keep them informed about students' progress and engage them in special education initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to access resources and support for students.
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets for special education programs.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance special education skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (B.Ed/D.El.Ed required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in special education or a related field.
- Preferably certified in TET/CTET.
