About This Role
Clc International School uses digital whiteboards, real-time analytics dashboards, and a school-wide LMS to plan every Maths class. Your classroom will run on a blend of live problem-solving and flipped lessons, with every student tracked through an individual progress log. We expect you to bring the same tech-first mindset to your daily lesson plans.
How You Will Teach
Lessons will be delivered through Google Classroom assignments, smart-board interactive drills, and short explanatory videos hosted on the school’s private YouTube channel. You will create weekly quizzes on Kahoot and Desmos graphing activities that students can attempt from home. Flipped-classroom videos will be uploaded the evening before so that classroom time focuses on solving problems together. Homework and worksheets will be auto-graded via the LMS to give instant feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Create and upload weekly lesson plans aligned with NCERT and CBSE guidelines on the LMS for Mathematics Teacher Job in Sikar. Manage a Google Classroom stream for Class 6-8 with at least four posts per week, including video solutions and assignment reminders.
Conduct one blended-learning session every day: 30 minutes of conceptual explanation on smart board, 20 minutes of peer problem-solving, and 10 minutes of individual practice on tablets.
Design and grade formative assessments using Desmos and GeoGebra, then analyse the analytics dashboard to spot class-wide and individual misconceptions within 24 hours.
Organise two monthly inter-house Maths Olympiads that blend online and offline rounds; students submit proofs via LMS forms and compete on smart boards for instant scoring.
Run after-school Maths clinic twice a week for students who need extra support, using Zoom recordings for absent students.
Collaborate with the IT team to upload topic-wise question banks and solution videos to the school’s private portal for Mathematics Teacher Job in Sikar.
Attend weekly tech sync-ups to review LMS usage, smart-board calibration, and student login patterns.
Contribute to parent webinars showcasing student progress dashboards and sample solution videos.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Two years of full-time teaching experience in secondary classes, preferably in a tech-enabled school.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in Google Workspace, Desmos, GeoGebra, and Kahoot; experience with Moodle or similar LMS platforms. Ability to record and edit short instructional videos on mobile or tablet. Comfortable using smart boards, document cameras, and attendance kiosks.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 based on qualifications and experience. School-provided G-Suite account, 24GB cloud storage, and annual professional development budget of Rs.10,000 for certifications in digital pedagogy.
