- Analyzing and improving board results in Physics by implementing effective teaching strategies.
- Collaborating with other department heads to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participating in school events, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on best practices in Physics education.
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as a subject expert and leader in the school community.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a NET (UGC-NET or CSIR-NET) or SET qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
