About This Role
As a TGT Social Science Teacher at Clc International School, you will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students from Class 6 to 8. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and maintain a well-organized classroom environment. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons on Social Science to students from Class 6 to 8
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment and ensure safety and discipline
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Participate in school events and activities
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Mark and grade student assignments and exams
- Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in Social Science or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also required. While a Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification is not mandatory, it is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science is also required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.25,000 - Rs.50,000 per month. In addition to the salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including medical insurance, provident fund, and paid leave.
