Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, school transport policy, and traffic laws. Prepare monthly reports on transport usage, expenses, and maintenance needs for senior management.
Train transport staff on safety drills, first aid, and customer service standards. Organize refresher sessions on defensive driving and student handling protocols.
