Develop partnerships with local dance studios or artists to enhance curriculum quality and student exposure.
Ensure compliance with school safety and health protocols during dance activities.
Qualification:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Dance or related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is preferred for administrative roles within the school.
Experience in managing extracurricular programs for at least two years is essential.
Good command of Hindi and basic English for communication with students and parents.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage dance activities efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and faculty.
Ability to inspire and motivate students through creative and engaging methods.
