- Handle queries from parents through phone, email, and in‑person visits, offering timely solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Organize orientation sessions for newly admitted students, coordinating with housemasters, hostel staff, and the finance office.
- Monitor compliance with state and national admission regulations, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed not mandatory for this non‑teaching role.
TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or counselling role within an educational institution.
Salary
Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000 per month.
