We are a general school in XYZ District, Tier 3, committed to providing quality education to our students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced TGT Science teacher to join our team.
Classroom Environment:
Our school has a well-equipped science laboratory with modern equipment and resources. The classroom environment is conducive to learning and teaching, with a student-teacher ratio of 30:1.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of science subjects, particularly Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons for students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Eligibility Criteria:
- Post-graduate degree in Science (BSc with PGDCA or MSc) from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a general school
- No TET certificate is required for this position
- Proficiency in English and local language (Hindi)
Role Summary:
As a TGT Science teacher, you will be responsible for teaching science subjects to students from Class 6 to 10. You will create lesson plans, conduct classes, and assess student progress.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver science lessons to students from Class 6 to 10
- Prepare and administer tests and exams to assess student progress
- Maintain a well-organized and clean science laboratory
- Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Salary and Compensation:
- Salary: Rs 20,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Health insurance, gratuity, and provident fund
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
