Role Summary

What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of the KG section, ensuring smooth classroom transitions and resource availability. Monitor attendance, health, and safety protocols in line with KHDA guidelines. Support teachers with lesson planning and classroom management strategies.
Lead a team of early years educators, conducting regular observations and feedback sessions. Organize professional development workshops focused on play-based learning and inquiry methods. Collaborate with the leadership team to set KG academic and behavioral goals.
Develop and maintain strong parent partnerships through regular updates and engagement events. Ensure accurate record-keeping of student progress, attendance, and developmental milestones. Liaise with external specialists for speech or occupational therapy referrals when needed.
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. Two years of experience in a KHDA/ADEK-approved KG setting is essential. A valid teaching license from your home country with attestation is mandatory.
Non-native English speakers must present an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher. Police clearance certificate and attested degree are required for visa processing. Familiarity with American curriculum standards and KHDA Early Years Framework is preferred.
