Your Students

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver differentiated music lessons that cater to the needs of students with varying learning abilities and styles
* Develop and implement engaging music curricula that promote creativity and critical thinking
* Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly to ensure that every child meets their potential
* Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help or guidance
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement music events and performances
* Develop and maintain a well-organized music room that promotes a positive learning environment
* Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social cohesion and respect for diversity
* Develop and implement assessment strategies that measure student learning outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with best practices in music education and incorporate these into your teaching practice

Who Can Apply

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced music teacher who can join our team at Delhi Public School in Gangtok, Sikkim. To be eligible for this role, you will need to have:

* A postgraduate degree in Music or a related field
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching music to students of varying ages and abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
