Responsibilities

Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a supportive classroom environment. Collaborate with the science department to organize workshops, science fairs, and extracurricular activities related to physics. Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and projects to assess students’ understanding and growth. Attend departmental meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on educational trends and best practices. Ensure adherence to school policies, safety protocols, and discipline guidelines for all students. Participate in curriculum review processes and suggest improvements based on student performance data.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Demonstrate a strong command of physics concepts, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse learners. Experience in using digital learning tools and interactive teaching aids is beneficial for this role.
Salary and Location
