This role requires a graduate with at least three years of teaching experience in secondary education, focusing on delivering rigorous and engaging lessons in Mathematics.
The successful candidate will design and implement lesson plans aligned with the Tamil Nadu curriculum, ensuring students grasp algebraic structures, calculus fundamentals, and geometric proofs. Daily classroom instruction will emphasize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and real-world applications of mathematical theories.
You will assess student performance through structured evaluations, adjust teaching methods based on individual learning gaps, and maintain accurate attendance and progress records. Collaboration with the academic team will include reviewing student work samples and participating in curriculum discussions to refine pedagogical approaches.
A strong grasp of modern teaching techniques and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment are essential. The ideal candidate will also assist in organizing extracurricular activities, such as math competitions or workshops, to encourage student engagement beyond the classroom.
