Job Description
Role
Teach Geography to class‑VI to class‑VIII students at Cs Academy | Coimbatore.
Plan and deliver lessons that align with the Tamilnadu curriculum and enhance students’ spatial awareness.
Use varied teaching aids and interactive methods to keep learners engaged.
Responsibilities
Design weekly lesson plans covering physical, human, and environmental geography topics.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback and support students with learning difficulties.
Coordinate with senior teachers to integrate interdisciplinary activities.
Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Geography, History, or a related field.
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. mandatory for teaching positions.
TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum of three years teaching experience in a school setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage diverse classrooms and adapt lesson plans.
Salary
Competitive package ranging from Rs.21,000 to Rs.45,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Location
Full‑time position based in Coimbatore North, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
