Day-to-Day Duties

* Teach Zoology to students, focusing on conceptual clarity, MCQ practice, and test series analysis to ensure high board results.
* Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on teaching methodologies, classroom management, and student assessment.
* Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate Zoology with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, promoting interdisciplinary learning.
* Participate in school activities, including Parents-Teachers Meetings, to foster a positive school culture and ensure effective communication with parents.
* Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance their understanding.
* Stay updated with the latest NEET examination syllabus and examination patterns, incorporating relevant changes into the curriculum.
* Contribute to the development of school's NEET coaching programs, working closely with the school administration to ensure the program's success.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Postgraduate degree in Zoology (M.Sc. Zoology) or related field.
* B.Ed degree from a recognized university.
