5. Organize and supervise sports events and tournaments.

7. Mentor junior teachers and staff members.
8. Collaborate with other departments to integrate Physical Education into the overall curriculum.
9. Participate in academic planning and departmental meetings.

Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field (M.A./M.Sc./M.P.Ed.).
- B.Ed. degree with a specialization in Physical Education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu state board Physical Education curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:
- NET/SET certification in Physical Education.
- Experience in coaching or training students in various sports.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and learning theories.
- Familiarity with school management software and digital tools.
