Your Students
In our English teaching job in Dharmapuri, you will be working with students from diverse learning levels, including those with special needs. Your role will be to create an inclusive classroom in Dharmapuri, where every student feels valued and supported. You will work closely with our special education team to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

What You Will Do
As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Conducting regular assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language arts curriculum
- Participating in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and goals
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language arts curriculum

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a TGT English Teacher who has:
- A Master's degree in English or a related field
- A B.Ed. degree from a recognized university
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of English language arts curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Salary and Benefits
