Use charts, videos, and local examples to make abstract ideas easier to understand. Monitor students who struggle and arrange extra help during free periods. Attend monthly subject meetings to share teaching tips and new resources.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks and B.Ed from a recognized institution. Two years of teaching experience in middle or secondary school, preferably with classes 6 to 10. Familiarity with Tamil Nadu State Board curriculum and comfort teaching in Tamil and English. Prior experience with lab-based activities and student assessments will be preferred.
