- Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student learning
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
- Develop and implement classroom activities that promote critical thinking and creativity
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Tamil Literature or a related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Experience in teaching Tamil language and literature to students from 6th to 10th standards
- Strong knowledge of Tamil language, literature, and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
