Role Summary

What You Will Do
Teach Physics for classes preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced with advanced conceptual clarity. Design and conduct regular numerical problem-solving sessions and advanced assignments for rank improvement. Organize doubt-clearing sessions and periodic mock tests aligned with JEE patterns.
Prepare students for competitive exams with exam-oriented strategies and performance tracking. Guide students in solving complex problems and developing analytical thinking for IIT entrance exams. Collaborate with senior faculty to refine teaching methodologies and study materials.
Eligibility
Postgraduate in Physics with minimum 3 years of teaching experience in IIT coaching. M.Sc in Physics or equivalent with specialization in Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Electromagnetism. NET/SET qualified candidates will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary in the range of Rs.50,000 - Rs.90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include performance-based incentives and professional development support. Candidates with proven track record in IIT coaching may negotiate higher compensation.
