Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with the school’s early learning framework and local academic expectations. Ensure each child participates actively in group activities and individual tasks.
Conduct playful assessments through observation and simple worksheets to track progress. Provide feedback to parents during informal meet-ups or through daily notes.
Organize small math-based events like number day celebrations or counting walks within the school campus. Collaborate with other NTT teachers to maintain consistency in teaching methods.
Support classroom decoration with math-themed charts, number lines, and picture cards. Encourage children to speak in English and Tamil during math activities for bilingual skill development.
Maintain a clean, child-friendly classroom with learning corners for math manipulatives. Keep records of attendance, participation, and milestone achievements for each child.
