Shape the physical and mental growth of students in Gobichettipalayam and Erode through dynamic Physical Education lessons at Narayana E-techno School. The PGT Physical Education Teacher will lead senior secondary classes, blending sports science with competitive preparation. Your role extends beyond the playground to include student fitness tracking, sports event coordination, and health awareness sessions.
Your Students
Work with students aged 15–18 preparing for board exams and competitive sports at the state and national levels. Many students here come from families where academic discipline and sports are equally valued. Your guidance will help them balance rigorous study schedules with physical training, especially ahead of inter-school tournaments and board practicals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver senior secondary Physical Education lessons aligned with CBSE and state board standards. Conduct regular fitness assessments and skill drills for students aiming for sports scholarships or entrance tests. Organize inter-house and inter-school tournaments at Narayana E-techno School, ensuring smooth logistics and student participation.
Guide students in yoga, aerobics, and track-and-field techniques to improve stamina and focus. Collaborate with the health and science departments to integrate wellness programs for board exam stress relief. Mentor junior Physical Education teachers and assist in curriculum reviews for PGT Physical Education Teacher Vacancy in Erode.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science with a minimum of 50% marks. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Master of Education (M.Ed) with specialization in Physical Education. Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a senior secondary school.
