What is this role?
This position is a full‑time PGT Accountancy Teacher at Rishs International School in Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive accounting education to high‑school students, preparing them for competitive exams and future careers in finance and commerce.
What will I actually do?
You will design and deliver engaging lessons in financial accounting, cost accounting, and taxation, aligning with the state curriculum. Assessment tasks such as quizzes, assignments, and mock exams will be planned and graded. Classroom management and student mentorship will be integral, ensuring a supportive learning environment. What do I need to qualify?
A postgraduate degree in commerce, economics, or a related field is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory for teaching positions, with TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are essential.
What experience is expected?
A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting is required. Experience in curriculum development and student assessment will be highly valued. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and classroom technology is an advantage.

Salary ranges from Rs.35,000 to Rs.55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The pay structure is competitive within the Tamilnadu education sector and includes performance‑based incentives.
