Job Overview

How You Will Teach
Lessons will be delivered through interactive smart boards with 3D molecular models. Google Classroom will be used for assignments, quizzes, and resource sharing. The school’s LMS platform supports flipped classroom approaches and self-paced revision.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with the NCERT Chemistry curriculum for Classes 6 to 8. Conduct virtual lab simulations for experiments like salt analysis and periodic trends. Maintain digital attendance and grade records on the school ERP system.
Use Google Forms to create quick concept checks after each chapter. Organize monthly Chemistry fairs with student-led demonstrations using digital presentations. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot classroom tech issues.
Train students on safe handling of lab chemicals and digital tools. Coordinate with peers to integrate ICT tools across subjects. Update parents via WhatsApp groups on student progress in Chemistry.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Experience in Tamil medium teaching is desirable.
