- Preparing and delivering lessons for Physics classes, ensuring that the curriculum is covered in a comprehensive and engaging manner.
- Coordinating with other teachers to ensure that the curriculum is covered in a cohesive and integrated manner.
- Conducting board exam coaching for students, providing guidance and support to help them prepare for the exams.
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participating in school events and activities, such as science fairs and exhibitions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies.
- Providing support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in Physics and education, and incorporating new ideas and best practices into your teaching.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
