Our blended learning approach allows for flexible teaching and learning, and we encourage our teachers to explore innovative ways to use technology to enhance student understanding. As a TGT Accountancy Teacher, you will be expected to create and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of students in 6th to 10th standard.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Accountancy to students in 6th to 10th standard using a variety of teaching methods, including practical activities and collaborative learning.
- Utilize technology, such as smart boards and online resources, to create interactive lessons and assessments.
- Prepare and administer periodic assessments to monitor student progress and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental plans and schemes of work.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Communicate regularly with parents through email, phone, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Participate in school activities, such as debates, quizzes, and competitions, to promote student engagement and development.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in Accountancy teaching.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the school's curriculum.
Who Can Apply

You should have a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related field, such as M.A. or M.Sc, and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Experience of teaching in a school setting is essential, and you should have a good understanding of the Tamil Nadu state curriculum. Prior experience of using technology in the classroom would be an advantage.
